Just … stop.

We are so online, have so much FOMO, replying to messages as quickly as possible, scanning our task lists, typing away, dictating away, ChatGPT’ing for summaries, insights, drafting.

Wait.

How many hours have we been here?

Did we miss our kid’s event? Were we late for dinner? When was the last time we took a walk in our favorite woods? The last time we went for a walk with a friend or family member? The last time we made someone smile? The last time we picked up an instrument and learned something new? The last time we invited someone over, or out for a meal?
