Seems straightforward in hindsight once you see it. But most of us probably don’t do such careful design to reduce clinical cognitive burden and make doing the right thing easy.


Congratulations to NYU Langone using such thoughtful iterative internal process to review and constantly tweak process to be a top performer for Leapfrog, for Vizient, many years in a row. Thanks for blazing a trail in patient safety for the rest of us to follow.
