They showed an hilarious video of DOs and DON’Ts of Epic Secure Chat and VOIP calling, detailing the hard technical work and the clinician-focused “message wisely” etiquette. They were one of the first to take the new technology and put it in the hands of all clinicians and then tune it until it sang.
