We (UCHealth) show patients their physician progress notes ACROSS our entire enterprise, including:

7 hospitals (discharge summaries)

21 emergency departments (physician progress notes)

350+ outpatient clinics

(soon: 2 out of 8 psychiatry clinics as of mid February 2017).
